👩‍👧‍👦 Led by our experienced instructor, Mama Ludi, who brings her expertise and personal experience as a mother of two. Mama Ludi, who studied yoga in Bali, Indonesia, infuses her classes with gentle movements, soothing breathwork, and mindful meditation practices.
