Mommylicious Dance is more than a class — it’s a movement. Founded by Cuban dancer and community builder Ludisis Mones (“Mamá Ludi”), it brings mothers in Vienna together through Cuban rhythms, joy, and mindful connection. From postpartum-friendly workshops to public flashmobs raising awareness for maternal mental health, Mommylicious Dance builds a citywide circle where no mom dances alone.
With integration workshops for international mothers, family festivals, and Afro-Cuban artesanía sessions, Mommylicious Dance turns movement into a language of healing and belonging. Each activity is baby-friendly, multicultural, and rooted in the belief that Cuban Culture + Community = Happy Postpartum.
“We dance to end isolation. Every step says: you belong here.” — Mamá Ludi
