What are the class packs valid for?

Class packs are valid for regular paid Mommylicious Dance classes on Mondays at Auer-Welsbach-Park and Fridays at Türkenschanzpark. Booking your chosen class date in advance is required.

Meet Mamá Ludi

Born from real motherhood. Led with Cuban joy.

Mamá Ludi is a Cuban mother, dance instructor and the founder of Mommylicious Dance — a professional movement experience created especially for mothers and babies in Vienna.

In 2020, during the pandemic, she experienced pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum depression at a time when many of the spaces mothers normally depend on had disappeared. Motherhood became beautiful, intense and deeply isolating all at once.

Coming from Cuba, where music, rhythm and human warmth are part of daily life, she understood something deeply: a mother should not have to lose herself silently after giving birth. She needs moments of joy, movement, connection and space to feel alive again.

Her Mission

To create joyful, culturally rooted movement experiences where mothers can reconnect with themselves, dance with their babies and feel seen in their motherhood journey.
